General Questions

When is payment due? 

We require payment at checkout on our website.

To avoid credit card fraud, we also require that the billing address matches the delivery address for delivery/installation and the address on your Texas Drivers License for pickup. If this does not work for you, please contact us and we will try to assist you with your purchase.

What are Appliances Now!'s business hours?

We are open Monday-Friday between 9am and 4pm. Our showroom is open via APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please contact us to schedule your appointment today. 

Our Products

Is everything on your website in stock?

All products on our website are in stock today. We do not sell products that we do not have in stock!

What brands of refrigerators do we sell?

We sell LG and Bosch refrigerators. We offer a variety of counter depth and standard refrigerators

What kinds of washers and dryers do we sell?

We sell Speed Queen, LG, and Miele laundry. We offer several different models  to fit your home. This includes front loaders, top loaders, washtowers and even compact! 

We do not sell gas dryers and only sell electric dryers.

What brands of dishwashers do we sell?

Currently we have Miele, Thermador, Bosch and Signature Kitchen Suite dishwashers in stock! 

Pickup & Delivery

How quickly can we schedule an installation?

You will have the option to schedule a delivery prior to completing your checkout. Standard delivery/installation can be completed within 24-48 hours. We can fit in a limited number of deliveries each day, so it is first come, first serve.

What is your communication process leading up to delivery and install?

Our process is our Customer Service representative will contact you the day prior to your delivery/install and confirm we are all set. We'll also ask for delivery/installation instructions to help us prepare ahead of time! On the day of delivery/install, our installers will contact you in the morning to confirm if you are in the morning or afternoon window. They will contact you again when they are on their way! Our goal is to keep you informed in every step of the process. 

Can I pick up my appliance today?

Yes, if you order before 12pm, you can pick up your appliances on the same day. Pickup is currently between 2:30 and 4pm, Tuesday-Friday. When you pick up the product, bring the credit card used for the purchase with a matching Texas drivers license. Also we will only give you your appliance if your vehicle is large enough so the appliance is standing upright, not on its side. 

How are delivery and installation fees calculated?

Type in your zip code at checkout to see if you are in our delivery area. We currently offer 24 hour installation with FREE delivery. This includes parts, too! (a $40 value).

If your zip code says you are not in our service area, contact us and we will see if we can deliver to you!

Returns & Warranties 

What is the return policy?

If your appliance is not working within 48 hours, please contact us and we will come by and see if we can fix it. If we cannot fix it, the products have manufacturer warranties. In most cases, the products have a 1 year warranty from the manufacturer, so you will be eligible for repairs and if the repairs are not successful, a replacement. 

Do you offer warranty programs?

For most products, we offer either a 3-year or 5-year warranty program for an additional cost. 
Speed Queen washers/dryers already come with a 7-year warranty, depending on the model purchased. 
A 5-year extended warranty can be purchased for an additional cost with Miele products. 

Can I return gently used appliances?

Products have manufacturer warranties. In most cases, the products have a 1 year warranty from the manufacturer. If you would like to return your gently-used appliance, you can contact the manufacturer directly.
